  I hate this location. I moved in April and live at their 50 willard street location in Hartford. When I first took a walk through of this location it seemed okay. The building smelled nice, the elevator worked, the hallways and laundry facility was clean. Immediately after moving everything changed. I moved there in May and I was ready to move in June. The elevator breaks down for weeks at a time very often (I live on the 4th floor). People come in and steel the tires off of your car in a gated garage ( the tenants know what to do to make sure the gate doesn't close). People pee in the elevators and stairwells, leave food in the hallways. Maintenance never answers, or returns your calls. I've picked up 3 mice in traps within the past 2 weeks (my apartment is very clean). This place is mice infested you can hear them scratching within the walls. If you can afford to move somewhere else not with this place, they do not care about their tenants. I will say that the apartments look very nice, the price is decent, the street isn't that bad, and the heat is at a good temperature.
  recently just moved from here after a year of hell. Mice were impossible to get rid of.. eventually i got so tired of having to buy mice traps that i just tried my best to avoid them. As soon as it started getting warmer outside, ants also invaded my space....they were everywhere. People smashed the windows in other tenants cars.The pipes in the bathroom were leaking and no one ever came to fix it. I witnessed some rando hop the gate in the garage and pick the side door. Living here was by far the worst experience of my life.
